There are exactly two ways to pay, and you can tell which one you're on in one glance at your account page.
For stores that want watching.
For one-off measuring, no subscription.
You can hold both: subscribers use credits for extras (like one-off deep audits). Nothing ever runs unpaid, in either mode.
| Products | Rate per product / month |
|---|---|
| First 50 | $2.00 |
| 51 – 250 | $1.50 |
| 251 – 1,000 | $1.00 |
| Beyond 1,000 | $0.75 |
Worked example, a 100-product store:
$29 base + 50 × $2.00 + 50 × $1.50 = $204 / month
A watched product is one we actively measure against ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude: your top sellers weekly, the rest monthly. Each check asks real buyer questions where that product could be the answer, and verifies what AI claims against your own catalog. Pause a store and its products stop counting the same day.
| Unit | Price |
|---|---|
| Deep audit (4 engines, statistical confidence, accuracy flags) | $99 |
| Store snapshot | $5 |
| Single product check | $1 |
What the $99 audit covers, at any catalog size: your brand measured across the category's full buyer-question set on all four engines with confidence intervals, the conversation test, and fact-checking of AI claims against your top ~20 products. It does not check every product individually — that's what watching (or $1 product checks) is for. Same price whether you sell 10 products or 10,000.
Identical prices in the dashboard and the API. One-time runs are prepaid: top up credits ($10 minimum) on your account page and measure them down — a failed run refunds itself. Extra markets/languages: the product rate × 1.3 per additional market.
30 days of the full product, free, no card. On day 30: if you've added a card, watching continues at the exact monthly number shown on your account page. If you haven't, monitoring simply stops — your visibility record, reports, and the free tools stay yours.
Unlimited, free. Invite your whole team; viewers cost you nothing. We price the measuring, not the people looking at it.
The AI-readiness score, one snapshot per store, your visibility record, and API access (50 reads a day) cost nothing, indefinitely.
Measuring gets cheaper for us every year — engine prices fall, and our question graph gets more efficient with every scan. When our costs drop, rates drop. Prices here move down, not up.
